2011 Lake Level Amendment Petition

 We, the undersigned, urge the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to amend the Rule Curve relating to Grand Lake O’ the Cherokees, (Pensacola Project – FERC Project 1494), to provide that the lowest targeted lake level be set at a level of 742’ above sea level and, further, that such level not be targeted for attainment earlier than September 15 of each year.
